My Story
In the tapestry of my life, the threads of personal interests and professional expertise intertwine to create a rich and varied picture. When I step away from my professional role, my world is filled with the vibrant energy of my family—my supportive wife, our three spirited children, and our menagerie of pets that currently includes one faithful dog, one curious lizard, and four mischievous cats.
My personal joys are many and varied: from the vintage melodies spinning from my vinyl collection to the rugged tranquility of New Mexico's mountain trails. I'm an avid traveler, a thrifter with an eye for hidden gems, a baker of sweet delights, a photographer capturing fleeting moments, an admirer of Gulf of Mexico's breathtaking sunsets, and a fervent fan of FSU football.
Professionally, my 25 years in human resources are defined by a diverse array of specializations: Policy Procedure Development, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Classification & Org Management, Talent Acquisition, and Performance Management.
